Once you complete the 2-minute onboarding process (This is where we ask you questions about your trucking company) you will receive a unique “Driver Lead Link” in your dashboard which directs any driver who clicks it to your own unique Driver Questionnaire. You can promote this link to your database of old useless leads via email marketing, generate new leads via social media marketing, or any other form of marketing you see fit.

But why would you do that?

Well, what is extraordinary about DZL LAB is we are able to give truck drivers an extremely fast and simple method to tell you exactly what they are looking for. This means that you are able spend minimally on advertising versus traditional methods of getting drivers to apply online. No long applications, no bulky ads, no lost candidates.

The marketplace tells you all the important metrics you look for when hiring a driver, and compiles the data to give you a score between zero and ten. The higher the score, the better fit a driver is for your company. You can even sort between leads which were most recently listed, if you’d like.
